helpful staff rooftop bar spacious room
I appreciated the helpful front desk staff. they assisted us on several occasions. the rooftop bar offers nice views and a welcome drink was available. the rooms are spacious. The bed was also comfy.
The location is a little far from the centre. A metro station requires about a 15 minutes walk.

charmed by my stay!
nice rooms clean rooms excellent breakfast quality toiletries
I found the rooms very nice and clean, a real treat. the breakfast was excellent. the staff was helpful and cute. the hotel provides high-quality toiletries. I was happy with that.
The parking entry and exit involved a tight spiral. It was a bit challenging with a large car. though the location was perfect! the parking was expensive.

The breakfast buffet included varied options. the hotel also features a gym equipped for workouts. i saw that the spa and pool looked good. Guests can wear provided robes and slippers to access these areas.

malfunctioning air conditioning malfunctioning hairdryer
The breakfast buffet offered a sufficient variety of options
The air conditioning did not function adequately. The room felt warm. The dated hairdryer in the bathroom malfunctioned. It stopped working after minimal use. Obtaining a replacement proved difficult, requiring multiple attempts
